野草やジビエに興味がある方、食べるだけじゃなく摘むところから、そして野草の活用法に触れながら魅力をシェアしていきます🍀

Announcing the “Early Spring Wild Herb Picking & Gifts of Nature” event!

\Is your body hibernating?/

Our instructor, Akiko Matsubara, shows us “the treasure at our own feet” with wild herb picking, fermentation, preservation, and local foods from Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture. @shoko.matsubara

Together, we will hunt the natural treasure that sprouts in early spring, receive nature’s blessings, and awaken our bodies and minds. If you are interested in wild herbs and game meat, share the charm of not only eating but also picking these natural edibles, and learning how to make wild plants useful in your everyday life.
